Caustic Calcined Magnesia (CCM) — MgO 85–95%
Caustic calcined magnesia (CCM) calcined at 700–1000 °C with high chemical activity. MgO grades 85%, 90%, 92%, 94% and 95%; custom mesh from 120 mesh powder to…
Learn moreDead burnt and fused magnesia sand with MgO 96%, 97%, 98% and 99% grades. Low impurity, custom grain size — the workhorse raw material for magnesia carbon bricks and monolithic refractories.

Our ultra-high purity electro-fused magnesia is produced with high-purity magnesite raw materials and advanced electric melting and crystallization technology, with strictly controlled impurity content and superior product stability. After high-temperature electric fusion, cooling, crushing and screening processes, the product forms a compact and uniform crystal structure, with outstanding advantages of high refractoriness, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion and strong anti-oxidation performance. It can withstand long-term high-temperature operation above 2800℃ without deformation, cracking or corrosion. Customizable particle size and purity specifications fully meet customized industrial production needs. Widely applied in high-end refractory bricks, furnace lining materials, steelmaking metallurgy, cement kilns, ceramic industry and high-temperature industrial furnace manufacturing. With ultra-long service life and stable high-temperature performance, it is recognized as a high-quality core raw material for high-temperature industrial refractory engineering worldwide.

Learn moreCaustic calcined magnesia (CCM, MgO 85–95%), dead burnt magnesia (DBM, MgO 96–99%), electro-fused magnesia (MgO ≥ 98%), high purity magnesia sand, plus magnesium sulphate heptahydrate (99.5%) and monohydrate.
CCM is calcined at 700–1000 °C and is chemically reactive, used for magnesium cement, desulphurisation and feed. DBM is sintered above 1600 °C for high density and is the base for refractory bricks. Fused magnesia is arc-melted above 2800 °C, giving the largest crystals and the best slag resistance.
